# Credit System Overview

> Purchase and manage your Dripos text marketing credits

## Understand Your SMS Text Marketing Credits

**1 Text Credit = 1 Text Message to 1 Patron**

<Icon icon="star" size={20} iconType="solid" /> Free SMS credits reset at the start of every month and don’t roll over.

<Icon icon="star" size={20} iconType="solid" /> Need more? Purchase additional SMS credits anytime—these paid credits never expire and will roll over month to month.

## Purchase Credits

View your current credit balance and purchase history on the Dashboard under [Marketing > Communications > Credits](https://dashboard.dripos.com/communication-credits)
