## Order Physical Gift Cards

Customize and order your physical Dripos gift cards at [http://ecardsystems.com/dripos](http://ecardsystems.com/dripos).

Please have the following information and assets handy when you’re ready to place an order:

1. Choose between gloss or matte finish
2. Provide your own artwork to upload or select eCard’s custom design services

3. Provide gift card design details. Be as descriptive as possible
4. Provide content for the back of the card (company address, phone number, etc.)
5. Choose a quantity (minimum 250 and maximum of 25,000)
6. Choose between standard or expedited shipping

  <Accordion title="How long does it typically take to receive a gift card from eCard Systems?">
    eCard Systems offers a standard 10-14 business day turnaround time in addition to a 7-8 day rush production for expedited orders.

    <Note>The 4th quarter is the busiest season due to the holidays, and orders placed during this period may be subject to delays.</Note>

  <Accordion title="Can I customize the Physical Gift Card I order?">
    Gift Card designs can be customized entirely by customers on their website. You can optionally elect to use eCard System's design service for a \$45 for assistance in designing a card.

  <Accordion title="What if we want to work with a different physical gift card provider? What are the requirements for our cards to be compatible with Dripos?">
    You are welcome to pursue alternatives to our official gift card partner, eCard Systems. However, it is important to note that, in order for physical gift cards to be compatible with our system, we require that they have a **unique 12-16 digit numeric ID** on the back of the card, as well as a **corresponding Code-128 barcode.**

    Gift Cards purchased from eCard Systems will also have a hi-co magnetic stripe built in. While magnetic stripes are currently not used within the Dripos system, our team is working on adding the ability to swipe in order to support this in the near future.
