We are currently investigating an issue with our WisePOS card readers connecting to the internet. Some card readers are having difficulty connecting to a WiFi network after a restart and are displaying an error message. Our payment processor Stripe is aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix. The rest of the Dripos platform besides our card readers has not been affected and is working as expected.
