View your Dripos Gift Card as a Patron

Receiving E-Gift Cards

Digital gift cards purchased online or at the register can be sent to recipients via text or email. Let’s see what that looks like from the patron’s side.

Via Text

1. When E-Gift Cards are sent via text, the text message will look something like this:

2. Clicking that link will take you to that gift card’s page. It should look something like this:

3. If you are viewing this link from a iPhone or Apple device, you will also see the option to add this digital gift card to your Apple Wallet.

Via Email

1. When E-Gift Cards are sent via email, the message will look something like this:

Check Gift Cards Balance

In addition to when they’re first received, Dripos E-Gift Cards are always viewable under a patron’s account either on the order website or order app. Once patrons have logged into their account, they can check their gift card’s current balance at any time.

Viewing Gift Cards from the Order Website

1. To get started, log in to your patron account with your phone number, and one time passcode:

2. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner, and select My Account from the dropdown.

3. That will take you to a page that looks like this:

4. Here you can view your points balance, as well as any applicable loyalty earning and redemption rules specific to the company’s site that you are viewing. If you scroll down further, you’ll see tabs for Recent Orders, Saved Cards, and Gift Cards. Select Gift Card to view all gift cards and balances attached to this account.

Viewing Gift Cards from the Order App

1. To get started, log in to your patron account with your phone number, and one time passcode:

2. Once logged in, click on Account in the bottom right corner, and then select Gift Cards.

3. That will take you to a page that looks like this. Here you can scroll and view all Dripos E-Gift Cards and balances that are attached to your account.
