You are able to disable mobile ordering for modifiers through both the Dripos Web Dashboard and Point of Sale.

In addition, you can also disable mobile ordering for specific modifier options through the POS.

Disable via Web Dashboard

  1. On the Web Dashboard, go to Sales > Menu > click the Modifiers tab on the left hand side:
  1. Find the modifier you wish to disable from mobile ordering > click Edit:
  1. A pop-up will appear with a box that says Enabled. To disable this modifier from mobile ordering, select No:
  1. Once you have made this change, click Save in the bottom right corner.

Disable via POS

  1. Log onto the Point of Sale, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > Register:
  1. Click on the Edit Mode button in the bottom right corner:

  1. Click on the product with the modifier you wish to disable from mobile ordering.

  2. Once on the product’s page, scroll down to the Edit modifiers section > turn off the modifier > click Save Product in the top right corner:

Disabling modifiers on the POS will only disable ordering of the modifier for that specific product.

You can only disable a modifier from all products on the Web Dashboard.

Modifier Options

  1. Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > Register:
  1. Click on the Edit Mode button in the bottom right corner:

  1. Click on the product with the modifier option you wish to disable from mobile ordering.

  2. On the product’s page, scroll down to the Edit Modifiers section > locate the modifier with the option that you want to disable > click the pencil icon next to the specific modifer option:

  1. Turn off the Mobile Ordering toggle > click Save:
  1. Press Save Product button at the top right of the page:
