Product Availability
Learn how to configure products to be available only within a specific time frame.
You can set a specific time period during which products are exclusively available for purchase through the Dripos Web Dashboard. Additionally, you can choose to hide the product on all your order platforms outside of your selected time frame.
Set Product Availability on the Web Dashboard
- Log in to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Sales > Menu > click on the Products tab:
- Locate the product you want to set an availability period for and click View:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, select the Availability tab, and click on the Add Availability button:
- This will prompt a pop-up where you need to fill in the following fields:

Type: Select between the Date Range or Daily Recurrence availability types.
If you select the Daily Recurrence type, you will then be prompted to select the day(s) of the week:
Start and End Time: Click on the dropdown to select the day(s) and times you want this product to be available.
Hide item when Unavailable: If set to Yes, the item will not be shown on the POS, Order App, or Order Website outside of your selected time period.
If set to No, the item will be unavailable for purchase outside of your selected date range but will still display on all your ordering platforms.
- Once you have finished filling in these fields, click Add:
