Custom products are one-time items that can be created and purchased on the Point of Sale register.

Create a Custom Product on the POS

  1. Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > Register:
  1. Click on the Tag Icon at the top of the screen > select the Custom Product button:
  1. A pop-up will appear where you can input the product’s Name, Price, and Quantity. In addition, if you want the product to be taxed the default rate, turn the Enable Tax toggle on:
  1. Once you have finished filling in the fields, click Add. The product will then automatically be added to the cart for you to checkout:

Creating a custom product will not add the product to your menu.

  1. Once a custom product has been added to the cart on to the Point of Sale, you can click on the item in the cart to make any desired modifications:
  1. This will prompt a pop-up to appear where you can edit the custom product’s: Name, Price, and Quantity. In addition, you can also switch the Enable Tax toggle depending on whether or not you want the product to have the default rate applied:
  1. Once you have finished making your desired modifications, click Update:
  1. You can also remove the custom product from the cart by clicking Remove Line Item:

This will automatically remove the custom product from the cart.
