You are able to edit your shop’s mobile ordering settings through both the Web Dashboard and Point of Sale. Mobile Ordering is available for all Dripos Customers to enable when ready via the Web Dashboard or POS app by toggling Disable Mobile Ordering (Temporarily) in your Mobile Ordering Settings.

Prior to enabling Mobile Ordering, we suggest adjusting how you want your menu and products to appear on your Mobile Order Platforms. Learn more on how to adjust your menu items for mobile ordering here.

Find Mobile Ordering Settings on the Web Dashboard

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, click on the Dripos Logo in the top right corner > Settings:
  1. Select the Mobile Ordering tab at the top of the page > click Edit:
  1. This will prompt a pop-up to appear where you can modify the following mobile ordering settings:

Disable Mobile Ordering (Temporarily): If this is set to yes, orders will not be able to be placed through the order website and mobile app.

Require Mobile Ordering Login: If this is set to yes, customers will need to be signed in to their account in order to place a mobile order.

Allow ASAP Orders: If this is set to yes, customers will be able to place orders on the order website and mobile app and be able to pick it up “as soon as possible”.

Allow Scheduled Orders: If this is set to yes, customers will be able to place an order on the order website and mobile app for pickup at a future time.

Pay at Store: If this is set to yes, customers will be able to place orders on the order website and mobile app without submitting a payment.

If this is set to yes, orders will appear as saved orders on the checkout screen until being paid off when the customer arrives.

Hide Price Previews: If this is set to yes, the customer will only be able to view the price of a product on the order website or mobile app if they click on the product.

You are only able to edit the Hide Price Previews setting through the Web Dashboard.

Show Order Tracker: If this is set to yes, customers will be able to view which step their order is at, as well as see when it is ready.

Minimum Order: Here, input the minimum order amount needed (in dollars) for a mobile order to be processed.

You are only able to edit the Minimum Order Amount through the Web Dashboard.

Order Estimate (in Minutes): Here, input the estimated amount of time (in minutes) that it will take for a mobile order to be ready for pickup.

Delivery Estimate (in Minutes): Here, input the estimated amount of time (in minutes) that it will take for a delivery order to be delivered to the customer.

You are only able to edit the Delivery Estimate time through the Web Dashboard.

Scheduled Order Disclaimer: Here, you have the option to attach a disclaimer that will show if a patron schedules an order for a future date:

  1. Once you have finished making your desired modifications, click Save.

Any changes you make to these settings will automatically take effect across all of your mobile ordering platforms.

Find and Edit Mobile Ordering Settings on the POS

  1. Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > select the gear icon in the bottom right corner:
  1. Click on the Mobile Ordering tab:
  1. Once on this page, you will be able to view and modify the following mobile ordering settings:

Online Ordering - Order Estimate: Here, input the estimated amount of minutes that will be added onto mobile order pick up times. Make sure to click Return to save your response.

Disable Mobile Ordering (Temporarily): If this toggle is turned on, orders will not be able to be placed through the order website and mobile app.

If this toggle is turned on, you also have the option to attach a Disabled Message that will be displayed to customers attempting to place mobile orders during this time.

Additionally, you can also select the day/time that you want to re-enable mobile orders. If a day/time is selected, it will also be displayed to the customer:

Pay at Store: If this toggle is turned on, customers will be able to place orders on the order website and mobile app without submitting a payment.

If this is set to yes, orders will appear as saved orders on the checkout screen until being paid off when the customer arrives.

Allow Scheduled Orders: If this toggle is turned on, customers will be able to place an order on the order website and mobile app for pickup at a future time.

Allow ASAP Orders: If this toggle is turned on, customers will be able to place mobile orders and pick them up “as soon as possible”.

Add Order Estimate to ASAP Order Time: If this toggle is turned on, the order estimate time you’ve chosen will be added to the current time when an ASAP mobile order is placed, and set that as the scheduled time for the ticket.

Any changes you make to these settings will automatically take effect across all of your mobile ordering platforms.
