Mobile Ordering Menu Management

You are able to disable mobile ordering of your shop’s products and modifiers through both the Dripos Web Dashboard and Point of Sale.

In addition, you can also disable categories for mobile ordering exclusively through the Web Dashboard.

Disable Menu Items from Mobile Ordering on the Web Dashboard

Categories

1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Sales > Menu > and click the Categories tab on the left hand side:

2. Locate the category you wish to disable from mobile ordering > click View:

3. Click Edit Information in the top right corner:

4. This will prompt a pop up to appear. To disable this category from mobile ordering, set the Enable on Mobile field to No:

5. Once you have made this change, click Save in the bottom right corner.

Products

1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Sales > Menu > click the Products tab on the left hand side:

2. Locate the product you wish to disable from mobile ordering > click View:

3. Click Edit Information in the top right corner:

4. This will prompt a pop up to appear. To disable the product from mobile ordering, set the Mobile Enabled field to No:

5. Once you have made this change, click Save in the bottom right corner.

Modifiers

1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Sales > Menu > click the Modifiers tab on the left hand side:

2. Locate the modifier you wish to disable from mobile ordering > click Edit:

3. This will prompt a pop up to appear. To disable the modifier from mobile ordering, set the Enabled field to No:

4. Once you have made this change, click Save in the bottom right corner.

Disable Products and Modifiers from Mobile Ordering on the POS

​

Products

1. Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > Register:

2. Click on the Edit Mode button in the bottom right corner:

3. Click on the product you wish to disable from mobile ordering.

4. You will then be taken to the product’s information page. Here, go to the Settings section > turn the Mobile Ordering toggle off > click Save Product in the top right corner:

Modifiers

1. Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > Register:

2. Click on the Edit Mode button in the bottom right corner:

3. Select the product with the modifier you wish to disable from mobile ordering.

4. You will then be taken to the product’s information page. From here, scroll down to the Edit Modifiers section. You will then have the ability to disable a modifier option or an entire modifier group:

• Disable a Modifier Option: Click on the pencil icon next to the modifier option you wish to disable mobile ordering for > turn the **Mobile Ordering toggle off > click Save at the bottom of the pop up > click Save Product at the top right of the screen:

• Disable a Modifier Group: Locate the modifier you wish to disable mobile ordering for > turn its respective toggle off > click Save Product at the top right of the screen:
