Learn how to edit an order that has already been placed!
In this article, we'll learn how to edit certain information about an order after it has already been paid for.
Go to the transactions screen and select an order. Once there, you'll notice a 'Edit Ticket' text on the Order Info section:
Tapping that will take you to the following page:
You might notice this looks exactly the same as the page when creating a new saved order at the register! Here, you can edit all the same information retroactively and it'll update the order everywhere it shows up. You can change the scheduled time, order type, name, phone number, add notes, and more!
Once you've made the changes you want to, simply tap 'Save' in the upper right.
If you want to change the products associated with the order, you'll need to scroll down to the Products section, and hit 'Add Items'. This will lead reopen the ticket and allow for new items to be charged and added to the same ticket!
