First of all, we are incredibly thankful that you have decided to trust Dripos to power your business. For the last few years, we've been building this product side by side so many amazing restauranteurs to create a dream system that they always wished existed. We hope you find our team easy to access at all times and that your voice is heard! Our team is constantly building new features so if you have any ideas, suggestions, or product feedback please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team!

In this article, we'll cover what the process will look like for going live on Dripos. We'll go over what to expect from our side, the usual timeline, and what ongoing support will look like once live!

The Launch Process

Here at Dripos, we have three teams you'll be working with as you go live. Those teams are: Sales, Onboarding, and Partner Success.

Sales (Varying Timelines):

If you've made it to this article, then you have already worked with one of our sales managers to figure out if Dripos was right for you! Once we've worked with you to loosely determine the hardware requirements and general workflow, you will have received a quote agreement to sign. Upon signing this, you will be connected someone with on our onboarding team.

Onboarding (Est. 2-10 Days):

While working with a dedicated individual on our Onboarding team, we'll help you finalize the exact hardware you need, get the hardware shipped to you, help you setup your account, get your menu created, as well as everything else needed to go live. You can expect two calls here:

  • Call 1 - Finalize hardware, workflow setup, menu, and set a launch date.
  • Call 2 - We'll schedule this once your hardware has arrived. We will help you get things setup, run some test transactions, and make sure everything is working as expected prior to going live.

We're also available on an as needed basis. So if you ever have any questions or need more help, you can call or email your dedicated Onboarding rep at any time! As a reminder, there are no setup fees, this is all included at no cost to you!

Partner Success (90 days post launch - As needed):

After you successfully go live, you'll be introduced to someone on our Partner Success team. From this point forward, this team will be there for you as your main point of contact. For all customers, we offer dedicated weekly calls for 90 days after you launch. This is to ensure everything is working perfectly and allow you to make product suggestions! In the event you need more immediate help or support, you can contact our support line via Text or Phone at any time.
