            You can configure your physical cash drawer to open automatically when connected to an Epson printer, or open it manually with a key.

            What Cash Drawer do I Need?

            If you want your cash drawer to open automatically, you will need a cash drawer with a RJ11/RJ12 network port.

            We ship and recommend this cash drawer which includes a RJ11/RJ12 network cable.

            How do I Link the Cash Drawer to the POS?

            1. Plug the RJ11/RJ12 network cable into the back of the cash drawer and into the Epson printer.

            2. On your POS, within your Printing Route, turn on Cash Drawer Attached.

            3. Make sure the Cash Drawer button displays on the Register screen, restart the POS app if not.
