Note: We recommend that you pair your Card Reader and POS using the Advanced Card Reader Setup.

Please be advised that you cannot pair a card reader on both Advanced Card Reader and Wifi Card Reader setup.

How to Pair Your Card Reader on Wifi Card Reader Setup on the POS

  1. Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > Click the Settings Button (Gear Icon):
  1. Navigate to the Card Readers tab on the left hand side and scroll down to find the Wi-Fi Card Reader section:
  1. In the Reader Authentication Code text box, type in the Pairing Code Generated by your Card Reader.

On the card reader, swipe from the left edge of the screen to the right -> Press the Settings button -> Type the Admin PIN: 07139 -> Press Generate Pairing Code

Disconnecting your Card Reader from Wi-Fi Pairing Mode

To disconnect and unpair your Card Reader on Wi-Fi Pairing, click the “X” on the right of where it says “Reader is Set up:

To enable Card Reader Tipping on Wi-Fi Card Reader setup, the Reader Tipping toggle in your Tipping Settlings tab must be enabled:
