Epson Printers - Overview
Explore the process of printing tickets and receipts for your shop’s orders.
Maximize efficiency and organization by setting up the Epson printer to seamlessly print tickets and receipts for your shop.
We advise all of our shops to use model C31CJ27022 of the Epson TM-M30II, which requires an ethernet connection.
What are Printing Routes?
For each physical printer you are using at your shop, you will need to set up a printing route that links your physical printer to your selected POS host device. Printing routes can either be for make tickets or physical receipts.
For each unique printing route, you are also able to set up custom filters, such as category filters, ticket type filters, platform filters, and more.
What is a Host Device?
Each physical printer you have set up at your shop will need to be connected to a host POS device. We recommend that you set your host device to whichever POS device is left on the most or used as your primary ticket screen. Most commonly, this is your ‘Main Register’ device.
You will only be able to manually re-print tickets or receipts from your selected host device.
What’s the recommended printer paper I should be using?
