Filtering Printing Routes
Discover how to customize your printing route settings.
For each of your printing routes, you are able to set up custom filters that will further enable optimal printing of receipts and tickets at your shop.
Apply Filters to Printing Routes on the POS
- Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > select the gear icon in the bottom right corner:
- Click on the Printer Settings tab:
- Scroll to the Receipt Printer Connections section on the page > locate the printing route you want to set up filters on > click on the pencil icon to its right:
- On the next page, click on the Setup Toggles button:
- Here, you will be able to set up the following filters:
Kiosk Enabled: If this toggle is turned on, the printing route will be able to print make tickets/receipts for kiosk orders.
Point of Sale Enabled: If this toggle is turned on,the printing route will be able to print make tickets/receipts for orders placed at the POS register.
Web Enabled: If this toggle is turned on, the printing route will be able to print make tickets/receipts for orders placed on the order website.
Mobile Enabled: If this toggle is turned on, the printing route will be able to print make tickets/receipts for orders placed on the order app.
Ticket Type: Select from the downbar the ticket type(s) that you want make tickets/receipts to print for.
If a ticket type is selected, tickets/receipts will only print for orders placed under that order type.
Devices: Select from the downbar the device(s) that you want make tickets/receipts to print for.
If a device is selected, only orders that originated on that device will print.
Categories: Select from the downbar the menu categories that you want to print.
If any categories are selected, tickets/receipts will only print for orders with products in those categories.
Products: Select from the downbar the menu items that you want to print.
If any products are selected, tickets/receipts will only print for orders with those specific product.
- Once you have finished making your selections, click Save in the top right corner:
