Dripos Custom Benefits allows for employers to deduct earnings from employee payrolls to allocate to various benefit plans employers offer outside of the Dripos payroll system.Employee paystubs will reflect the custom benefit deduction.
Dripos will properly withold the elected funds, but the employer is responsible for allocating the funds to the proper benefit plans outside of Dripos.
How to Create a Custom Benefit

Get started on your Dripos Dashboard under Finance > Payroll > Benefits > Custom

Click Create Benefit

Select the benefit type and provide it with a custom name

Click Add Employee and complete the following fields for the selected employees.Contribution Type: How wages will be contributed to the custom benefit
