Custom Benefits

Custom Benefits allow employers to deduct earnings from employee paychecks to allocate to plans offered and managed outside of Dripos Payroll. Employee paystubs will reflect the custom benefit deduction.
Dripos Payroll will withhold the elected funds, however the employer is responsible for allocating the funds to the proper benefit plans outside of Dripos.

On your Dashboard, navigate to Finance > Payroll > Benefits > Custom

Click Create Benefit

Select the Benefit type and enter a name

Click Add Employee and fill out the following fields for the selected employee(s)Contribution Type: Determine how wages are allocated to the custom benefit
  • Amount: Contribute a dollar amount of wages
  • Percentage: Contribute a percentage of wages

Click Add and repeat for all applicable employees
