You must have all hardware with you during our Pre-Launch call! The purpose of this call is to ensure hardware is set up properly and ready for your first day live on Dripos.
Have your iPad(s) and card reader(s) charged and connected to wifi beforehand. You will need to set up Apple ID on the iPad(s).To pair your card reader in advance, follow these instructions here.To connect your printer in advance, follow these instructions here.
Ethernet cables are not included with the printers and will need to be purchased separately before the next call.
Adjust any shop-specific features within your Web Dashboard settings here. You can find this on the Dripos Dashboard by navigating to Settings Icon > Settings.
Access the online ordering link for your shop here. You can find this on the Dripos Dashboard by navigating to Settings Icon > Settings > Order Website.
