Dripos email marketing allows shops to send targeted promotions and updates to your patrons via Email Campaigns, driving customer engagement and boosting sales.

You can create, customize, and manage email campaigns from the Web Dashboard.

Set Up Your Marketing Email

  1. Navigate to the Web Dashboard. Select Marketing -> Marketing Campaigns:
  1. On the Email Marketing Tab, select Edit to bring up the email customization modal:
  1. Here, you can customize your marketing email address:

The email’s Name, Email User, and Subdomain can be adjusted at any time:

  1. Select Save to finish editing your marketing email:

Setting the User and the Display Names to an actual name instead of “marketing” or “info” will improve deliverability. Removing any dashes from your subdomain will also help reduce the chances your email ends up in spam.


Set up an Email Campaign on the Web Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Web Dashboard. Select Marketing -> Marketing Campaigns:
  1. On the Email Marketing Tab, select Create -> Email Campaign.

This will allow you to begin the initial setup of your campaign:

Name: The name of your campaign.

Subject: The subject line of your campaign.

  1. Creating a campaign will navigate you directly to that campaign’s page:

On the Campaign Content tab of the page, you can customize the body of the email fully to your liking:

Columns: Drag onto your canvas to create additional columns and content.

Heading: Drag onto your canvas to place additional headers.

Text :Drag onto your canvas to add another text box.

Image: Drag onto your canvas to place an image.

Button: Drag onto your canvas to create a button that prompts the user to Open a Website, Send an Email, or Call a Phone Number.

Divider: Drag onto your canvas to create a space divider on the page.

HTML: Drag onto your canvas to embed HTML into your email.

Menu: Drag onto your canvas to create a menu navigator that can link to other websites, send emails, or call phone numbers.

Blocks: Additional blocks work similarly to columns, where you can drag them onto your canvas to create additional spaces for content.

Body: Edit your body text here.

  1. Click Save Content to implement your changes and save the draft.

We allow you to use your patron’s name within an email. To do this simply type ”PATRON” where you want the name to appear. To ensure you have formatted it correctly, you may want to send a test email to yourself using the actions button in the top right. If formatted correctly, the PATRON will be replaced with the patron’s full name.


Manage your Email Campaigns

View your Email Campaign

  1. Navigate to the Web Dashboard. Select Marketing -> Marketing Campaigns:
  1. On the Email Marketing Tab, select View on the Campaign you’d like to manage:

Set up your Recipients for your Email Campaign

  1. While viewing your target email campaign, select the Recipients tab. All patrons will automatically be selected as recipients for the campaign, where they can be viewed or removed:
  1. To mass edit the campaign list, select the blue Actions button, where you can Sync the recipients with your patrons or Clear your recipients:

Send your Email Campaigns

  1. While viewing your target email campaign, click the white Actions button:
  1. You can choose to select Send Test Email to send an email to a single recipient as a test, or Send Campaign to initiate the campaign for all of your recipients:
  1. Once you’ve selected Send Test Email or Send Campaign, fill in the required information (if applicable) and click Save:

Monitor your Email Campaigns

A sent campaign can be monitored through the metrics of the campaign shown at the top of each sent campaign view:

Delete or Duplicate your Email Campaigns

  1. While viewing your target email campaign, click the white Actions button:
  1. You can choose to select Delete Campaign to send to remove the campaign (sent campaigns cannot be unsent), or Duplicate Campaign to create a draft copy of the campaign:
  1. Hit Confirm (if applicable).
