Promotion and Coupon System Overview

Make deals for patrons to use when ordering through coupons and promotions! You have the ability to fine-tune the deal to best fit your needs on what the deal should apply to and how long it should be.

Promotions are selectable deals that your patrons can apply online via your Order Website and Dripos Order App. Coupons are code activated deals that patrons can apply both in-person on the Point of Sale and online via the Order Website and Order App

Creating Promotions

Promotions are customizable deals that you can create for your patrons to apply online via your Order Website and Order Apps.

1. Navigate to the Deals page by going to the Web Dashboard and selecting Marketing -> Promotions and Coupons

2. To create a promotion, click the Promotions Tab and click Create → Create Promotion:

3. This will take you to the promotion creation modal, where you’ll first enter your promotion information:

Name: The label for your promotion.

Company Wide Promotion: With company-wide promotions, you can create a single promotion that can be used at any of your shops.

Max Individual Redemptions: The total number of times this promotion can be redeemed by a single patron.

Promotion Duration: The promotion duration defines how long the promotion is valid for.

Promotion Type: There are three types that your promotion could have: Full Order, Product or Category.

If your promotion has type “Full Order” then the discount will be applied to the whole order.

If your promotion has type “Product” then the discount will only be applied to the selected products.

If your promotion has type “Category” then the discount will only be applied to products in the selected categories.

Discount Type: The discount type determines how the products or full order is discounted. There are two options: Flat Rate and Percentage.*

Flat/Percentage Amount: The amount discounted when the coupon is activated.

4. Once you input your promotion info, click Next to reach the Preview page, where you can confirm the details of your Promotion.

When your promotion is ready, hit Submit to create your promotion. You’ll be sent to the promotion page where you can view your promotion’s details and usage.

Creating Coupons

Coupons are code activated deals that patrons can apply both in-person on the POS and online via the Order App and Order App.

1. Navigate to the Deals page by going to the Web Dashboard and selecting Marketing -> Promotions and Coupons

2. To create a coupon, click the Coupons Tab and click Create → Create Coupon:

3. This will take you to the coupon creation modal, where you’ll first enter your coupon information:

Coupon Code: The alphanumeric code Patrons should enter in order to redeem the coupon. Numbers, Letters, and Words are all usable.

Max Redemptions: The total number of times this coupon can be redeemed.

Max Individual Redemptions: The total number of times this coupon can be redeemed by a single patron.

4. Once your coupon info is inputted, click next to enter the following:

Name: The label for your coupon.

Company Wide Promotion: With company-wide promotions, you can create a single promotion that can be used at any of your shops.

Redeeming Promotions and Coupons

Redeeming Promotions on the Order Website

1. On the Order Website, add one or more promotion applicable products to your cart and navigate to the Checkout Screen:

2. All active promotions will appear on the right side of the screen under ”Promotions and Discounts”, where they can be selected and applied to the order.

Redeeming Coupons on the Order Website

1. On the Order Website, add one or more coupon applicable products to your cart and navigate to the Checkout Screen:

2. Navigate to the Discount Code section on the right side of the screen, where you can enter your desired coupon code:

Redeeming Promotions on the Dripos Order App

1. On the Order App, one or more promotion applicable products to your cart and navigate to the Checkout Screen:

2. Click on Coupons & Promotions to see all active promotions:

3. Click Apply on your desired Promotion to use it on your order. You’ll now see the discount in your cart:

Redeeming Coupons on the Dripos Order App

1. On the Order App, add one or multiple coupon applicable products to your cart and navigate to the Checkout Screen:

2. Click on Coupons & Promotions, insert your coupon in the in Coupon Code modal near the top, and press the right apply button:

3. You’ll now see the coupon and discount applied to your order.

Redeeming Coupons on the Point of Sale

1. On the Point of Sale, add one or more coupon applicable products to the cart and proceed to the Check-out Screen:

2. Click +Coupon to bring up the Coupon Modal. Type in the Coupon and Press Enter.

3. The coupon code will be applied to the order as a discount.

Viewing and Editing your Promotions and Coupons

1. To view and edit your promotions and coupons, navigate to the Deals page by going to the Web Dashboard and selecting Marketing -> Promotions and Coupons

2. You’ll be sent to the Deals page, where you select either the Promotions or Coupons Tab:

3. Hit View on your desired Promotion/Deal to open up its details. Here, you can edit your Promotion/Deal, View Promotion/Coupon Usage, and View Tickets where the Promotion/Coupon was used:
