You are able to create loyalty earning and redeeming rules on the Dripos Web Dashboard.

By creating these loyalty rules, patrons will be able to collect and redeem rewards when placing orders on any of your shop’s order platforms.

Create Loyalty Earning and Redeeming Rules

Create Earning Rules

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Marketing > Loyalty > select the Rules tab on the far right:
  1. Under the Earning Rules section, click on the Add Rule button:
  1. This will prompt a pop-up to appear where you will need to fill in the following information:

Rule Name: Input the name you would like to be displayed to the user to explain how they can earn their stars. An example of this is: “Earn 10 points per Coffee.”

Stars Amount: Input the amount of stars you would like the customer to earn for this rule.

Earning Type: Select if you would like the earning rule to be Order Based, Product Based, or Category Based.

Order Based Type: With this reward type, earnings are collected at a flat rate on an entire ticket.

Product Based Type: With this reward type, earnings are collected based on orders of specific products, which you will need to select below.

Category Based Type: With this reward type, earnings are collected based on orders of products in specific categories, which you will need to select below.

Flat Amount: Select if you would like the earning rule to be a Flat Amount or a Multiplier.

Flat Amount: If selected, then the stars amount you inputted above will be applied to each order the patron places that satisfies this rule.

Multiplier: If selected, then the stars amount you inputted above will be interpreted as a multiplier. For example, if the stars amount is set to 2, patrons will earn 2x the stars for each dollar spent that satisfies this rule.

  1. Once you have finished filling in the fields, click Add:

Create Redeeming Rules

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Marketing > Loyalty > select the Rules tab on the far right:
  1. Under the Redeeming Rules section, click on the Add Rule button:
  1. This will prompt a pop-up to appear where you will need to fill in the following information:

Rule Name: Input the name you would like to be displayed to the user to explain how they can redeem their stars. An example of this is: “50% off any Drink.”

Stars Amount: Input the amount of stars you would like the customer to redeem with this rule.

Reward Type: Select if you would like the redeeming rule to Discount the Entire Sale, Discount a Specific Product, Discount a Specific Category, or Discount all Products.

Discount the Entire Sale: If selected, the discount amount will be applied to the entire order.

Discount a Specific Product: If selected, the discount amount can only be applied to certain products. You will need to select the products you would like to apply to this rule from the Products dropdown at the bottom of the pop-up page.

Discount a Specific Category: If selected, the discount amount can only be applied to products in certain categories. You would like to apply to this rule from the Categories dropdown at the bottom of the pop-up page.

Discount All Products: If selected, the discount amount can only be used on any one product. This is equivalent to selecting every category with a Category Discount.

Discount Type: Select if you would like the earning rule to be a Dollar Discount or a Percentage Discount.

Dollar Discount: If selected, the amount discounted will be a set dollar amount.

Percentage Discount: If selected, you will have the option to set a Maximum Rewards Value that the discount will never be greater than.

Discount Amount: Input the dollar amount or percentage that you want the rule to discount.

  1. Once you have finished filling in the fields, click Add:

Edit your Loyalty Rule Settings

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Marketing > Loyalty > > select the Rules tab on the far right:
  1. Under the Loyalty Rules Settings section, click Edit:
  1. A pop up will appear where you are able to modify the One Earn Rule per Payment setting.

If One Earn Rule per Payment is set to yes, only one earn rule will be applied per payment. When this is enabled, the rule that generates the maximum amount of stars will always be the rule that is be applied.

If One Earn Rule per Payment is set to no, your patrons will earn the sum of the stars for each satisfied earn rule you have created.

  1. Once you have finished, click Save.

Modify Earning Rules

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Marketing > Loyalty > select the Rules tab on the far right:
  1. Under the Earning Rules section, locate the rule you wish to modify > click Edit:
  1. This will prompt a pop up to appear where you can edit the following information for the rule: Rule Name, Stars Amount, Earnings Type, Flat Amount, and Products or Categories.
  1. Once you have finished making your desired modifications, click Save.

  2. If you would like to delete the rule, click Delete:

Modify Redeeming Rules

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Marketing > Loyalty > select the Rules tab on the far right:
  1. Under the Redeeming Rules section, locate the rule you wish to modify > click Edit:
  1. This will prompt a pop up to appear where you can edit the following information for the rule: Reward Name, Stars Amount, Reward Type, Discount Type, Discount Amount, Maximum Dollar Value, and Categories or Products.
  1. Once you have finished making your desired modifications, click Save.

  2. If you would like to delete the rule, click Delete:
