View Patron Transaction History

On Dripos, you can track and match the order history of your patrons in addition to their usage of their rewards if a loyalty program is set up.

View Patron Order History

View Patron Order History on the Web Dashboard

1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Marketing > Patrons:

2. Locate the patron you wish to view the order history for > click View:

3. Scroll to the bottom of the patron’s page and select the Tickets tab. Here, you will be able to see all tickets the patron placed at that specific location, as well as the ticket: Amount, Name, Type, Order Platform, and Date Created.

1. Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > Patrons:

2. Click on the patron you wish to view the order history for.

3. Scroll down to the Order History section. Here, you will be able to see all tickets the patron placed at that specific location, as well as the order’s: Date, Total, Platform, and Transaction.

1. Click on the Orders tab at the bottom right of the screen:

2. Here, you will be able to see all orders placed under your patron account:

1. Click on the Patron Name in the top right of the page > select Past Orders:

2. Here, you will be able to see all orders placed under your patron account, as well as the: Date and Time Placed, Order Location, Order Number, and Order Total. You can also click View Receipt next to any order listed to view its receipt:

Patron Rewards Redemption History

View the Patron Reward Redemption History on the Web Dashboard

1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Marketing > Patrons:

2. Locate the patron you wish to view the reward redemption history for > click View:

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page > select the Reward Redemptions tab. Here, you will be able to see the Product the reward was redeemed for, as well as the Price of that product, and the Day it was Redeemed:

2. Click on the patron you wish to view the reward redemption history for.

3. Scroll down to the Redeemed Rewards section to see each time the patron redeemed rewards at that specific location, as well as the Product the reward was redeemed for, the Price of that product, and the Date and Time in which it was redeemed:
