Learn the different ways you can make scheduling easier in Dripos. Employees are able to access the most updated schedule and shifts directly from their Dripos Hub App.

Viewing and Accessing your Shifts on the Hub App

Access your Shifts

  1. Click on the Dashboard button at the very bottom of your app to navigate to your home screen. Here, you are able to access your Upcoming Shifts:
  1. Click View All to see all of your upcoming shifts:

View the Full Schedule

  1. Click on the Schedule button at the very bottom of your app to navigate to the full Schedule view:
  1. The full Schedule view will default to the All Shifts tabs, where you can view scheduled shifts for yourself, your team, and any open shifts availble for pick-up. Click the My Shifts or Open Shifts tab to filter this further.

You, as the owner or manager, can also turn on a setting that sends your employees weekly shift summaries via email.

If you turn this setting on, employees will receive an email with the dates and times of their upcoming shifts in list form at the beginning of the week.


Picking Up Open Shifts on the Hub App

  1. Navigate to the Schedule page in the Hub App by clicking on “Schedule” on the bottom tab.

Here, you’ll be able to see the schedule and filter for only Open Shifts via the Open Shifts tab:

  1. To pick up an open shift, click on any open shift listed > select the Grab Shift button:

The shift will then appear on your Schedule and Dashboard (Upcoming Shifts Section).

If the Enable Approval for Open Shifts setting is turned on, a manager will need to approve the picked up shift on the Web Dashboard before it is accepted.


Trading Shifts on the Hub App

Employees are able to submit trade requests and put their shifts up for grabs directly from their Hub App.

Submitting Trade Requests on the Hub App

  1. Click on the Dashboard button at the very bottom of your app to navigate to your home screen. Here, you are able to access your Upcoming Shifts:
  1. To put in a trade request, click on the shift under the Upcoming Shifts section > select Give Shift.
  1. You will then be prompted to select the employee you’d like to trade with. You can also add any additional notes you’d like to include.
  1. Click Submit Request to finalize.

This shift will now appear in the Trade Requests tab of the Hub App, as an Outgoing Trade Request.

Accepting a Trade Request

  1. On the Hub Dashboard, navigate to the My Pending Requests modal and click Trade Requests
  1. If you are receiving a trade request, it will be displayed under the **Incoming” tab:
  1. To accept the trade request, click on the shift and select the Approve button. To reject the request, click Decline:

This shift will then appear under the Upcoming Shifts section on your dashboard, or in the trade requests tab as In Review if a manager is required to approve trade requests:

Put a Shift Up for Grabs

If an employee knows that they don’t want to work a shift but are not sure if anyone will trade with them, they can put the shift up for grabs.

  1. On the Hub Dashboard, navigate to one of your shifts in your Upcoming Shifts:
  1. Click on the shift you want to put up for grabs > select the Put Up for Grabs button:
  1. This will prompt a pop-up to appear confirming that you are putting this shift up for grabs, but that you are still responsible for working the shift if nobody picks it up.
  1. Acknowledge the warning by clicking Confirm.

This shift will now appear in the Open Shifts tab for other employees with the same role to pick up, as well as appear on your dashboard with the label Up For Grabs:
