What is Dripos Onboarding?
Dripos Onboarding enables employers to create custom onboarding packets for new hires, streamlining the process in one seamless platform. These packets can include essential compliance documents like I-9s and W-4s, as well as your shop’s specific training guides, employee handbooks, policies, and more.
With Dripos, employees can easily view, sign, and acknowledge documents in one place, while employers maintain organized records in a centralized dashboard.
You have full control over your onboarding packets—choose, customize, and edit the documents you need. Once finalized, simply assign the packet to new hires. Completed documents will automatically be stored for easy review and access.
