How It Works

1

A Customer Becomes Eligible

After a recent visit, the customer enters the flow automatically. The same visit never triggers two requests.
2

The Request Goes Out

An email, a text message, or both, depending on the channels you enabled during setup. The message contains a link to your feedback form.
3

The Customer Rates Their Visit

The form carries your logo and accent color. The rating is stored as soon as they submit it, before anything else is asked.
4

The Rating Decides What Comes Next

A high rating goes straight to your Google review page. A lower rating gets a comment box asking what happened, with the Google review link beside it.
The rating changes which action is emphasized, never whether the Google option appears. Every customer who submits the form reaches a screen containing it.
5

Results Land on Your Dashboard

Private feedback appears as soon as it is submitted. Google reviews sync once a day, so a new review can take up to a day to show up.
If a customer does not respond, Review Agent sends one reminder on a delay. Reminders stop as soon as the customer submits.

Turning On Review Agent

1

Open the Review Agent Page

Navigate to the Dashboard > Marketing > Review Agent.
The page is available to the owner and to employees with the Admin, Marketing Full, or Marketing Campaigns permission. Everyone else does not see Review Agent in the Marketing menu.
2

Click Get Started

The page shows what Review Agent does and what it costs before anything is charged.
3

Review the Terms and Sign

The agreement lists every store location that will be billed. Type your full name to sign on behalf of your company.
Signing commits every store location to a recurring charge, so it is limited to the owner and to employees with the Admin or Marketing Full permission. An employee with only Marketing Campaigns can read the terms but gets an insufficient permissions error on submit.
4

Start Setup

Signing swaps the page over to Review Agent itself, where the setup wizard walks you through connecting Google and turning requests on.

Pricing

Review Agent is $50 per month, per store location. It is a recurring monthly fee with no minimum term, added as a separate line item on your existing Dripos subscription and billed on the same invoice.
To cancel, contact Dripos support. Cancelling removes the Review Agent line item only and does not affect the rest of your subscription.
