Edit Chat Names on the Web Dashboard
- Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, click on the chat icon in the bottom left of your screen:
- Locate and select your desired chat from the left sidebar > click on the Options tab in the top right of the chat.
- Click Edit Name, and you’ll notice that the chat name will clear:
- From here, enter a new name for the chat > click Return on your keyboard. The chat’s name will automatically update in both the left sidebar and the conversation name at the top:

- Click on the Messages tab at the very bottom of the screen:
- Once on this page, click on the icons in the top right of the screen:
- On the next page, click on the pencil icon in the top left of the screen:
- Here, input your new chat name, and click Return on your keyboard.
- Your chat name will then automatically be updated:
View Read Receipts on the Web Dashboard
Read receipts on Dripos Employee Communication allow for managers to make sure that announcements are being seen and acknowledged by employees.
- Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, click on the chat icon in the bottom left of your screen:

Locate and select your desired chat from the left sidebar.

To view read receipts, click on a sent message.
- This will then display the names of all employees that have seen the message below:
- To expand that view, click on the blue text, which will pull up this modal. Here you can sort between employees who have read and not read that particular message:

- To view read receipts, click on a sent message within a chat:
- This will then display the names of all employees that have seen the message below:
