Edit Chat Names on the Web Dashboard

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, click on the chat icon in the bottom left of your screen:
  1. Locate and select your desired chat from the left sidebar > click on the Options tab in the top right of the chat.
  1. Click Edit Name, and you’ll notice that the chat name will clear:
  1. From here, enter a new name for the chat > click Return on your keyboard. The chat’s name will automatically update in both the left sidebar and the conversation name at the top:

  1. Click on the Messages tab at the very bottom of the screen:
  1. Once on this page, click on the icons in the top right of the screen:
  1. On the next page, click on the pencil icon in the top left of the screen:
  1. Here, input your new chat name, and click Return on your keyboard.
  1. Your chat name will then automatically be updated:

View Read Receipts on the Web Dashboard

Read receipts on Dripos Employee Communication allow for managers to make sure that announcements are being seen and acknowledged by employees.

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, click on the chat icon in the bottom left of your screen:
  1. Locate and select your desired chat from the left sidebar.

  2. To view read receipts, click on a sent message.

  1. This will then display the names of all employees that have seen the message below:
  1. To expand that view, click on the blue text, which will pull up this modal. Here you can sort between employees who have read and not read that particular message:

  1. Click on the Messages tab at the very bottom of the screen:
  1. Once on this page, click on a chat to enter that chat’s page:
  1. To view read receipts, click on a sent message within a chat:
  1. This will then display the names of all employees that have seen the message below:
  1. To expand that view, click on the blue text, which will pull up this modal. Here you can sort between employees who have read and not read that particular message:
