Ticket Basics
Retrieve details of both current and past tickets
Finding your tickets is essential for accessing specific information, editing ticket details, or obtaining a receipt. Knowing where to locate them can greatly enhance your ability to manage and organize your tickets effectively.
You can access all of your shop’s tickets from both the Dripos Web Dashboard and Point of Sale.
Web Dashboard
View Tickets on the Web Dashboard
- Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Sales > Tickets:

Once on this page, you will be able to view all of your tickets: past, present, and scheduled.

To access additional details on a specific ticket, click View:
- You will then be taken to the specific ticket’s page, where you will be able to access the following information:
Ticket Information: This section of the page will display basic information on the ticket, including the Order Name, Ticket Number, Platform the Ticket Originated on, and the Unique Identifier.
Payment Overview: This section of the page will display the ticket’s payment breakdown, including the Subtotal, Fees, Discounts, Tips, and Tax.
Payments and Line Items: At the very bottom of the page, you can click into the Line Items and Payments tabs to access even more specific ticket details.
Line Items: Click on this tab to view all items included in the ticket.
Payments: Click on this tab to view all the payment methods used when the ticket was paid off.
Filter Tickets on the Web Dashboard
- Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Sales > Tickets:
- Once on this page, you have the ability to search tickets or filter between a specific date range:
- In addition, you can also click on the Payout dropdown to filter the range of tickets. Selecting a payout will filter the tickets, displaying only those that were included in the sales associated with that specific payout:
- To filter tickets by either Payment Type, Ticket Type, or Platform Created, click on any of the check boxes next to your desired types or platforms:
This section includes deleted payment types or ticket types, allowing you to locate older tickets if needed.
POS
View Tickets on the POS
- Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > click on the Transactions tab:
- Once on this page, you will be able to access all of your shop’s tickets:
Orders will be arranged in descending order, from the most recent to the oldest.
- Click on any ticket to access the following additional ticket information:
Order Name and Ticket Number: These will be listed at the very top of the ticket’s page:
Order Info: This section of the page will display basic information on the ticket, including the Ticket Type, Ticket Subtotal, Date Created, and the Platform it was created on.
Status: The section will provide a detailed breakdown of this ticket’s order status, including the ticket’s Date Created, Date Started, and Date Completed.
Date Created: This will list the time this ticket was first created on an order platform.
Date Started: This will list the time a line item on this ticket was first marked from “Received” to “In Progress” on the ticket screen.
Date Completed: This will list the time that all line items on the ticket were marked as finished and the ticket was removed from the ticket screen.
Payments: This section will breakdown the payment methods used to pay off the ticket:
Products: This section will list all products and line items included on the ticket.
Advanced Info: This section includes all advanced information on the ticket, including its Payment Intent ID, Dripos Ticket ID, and Status.
Filter Tickets on the POS
- Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > click on the Transactions tab:
- Once on this page, click on the filter icon at the top right of the screen:
- This will prompt a pop-up to appear where you can filter tickets by Order Type, Platform, or Order Time:
- If you want to only view tickets within a specific date range, you can also select a Start and End Date:
- If you selected any filters, press Apply:
You can also utilize the search bar at the top of the transaction screen page to search for a specific ticket through either its Number, Name, Attached Phone Number, or Last 4 Digits of the Credit Card used:
Edit Tickets on the POS
- Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > click on the Transactions tab:
- Click on the ticket you wish to edit > click the Edit Ticket button next to the pencil icon:
- This will prompt a pop-up to appear where you can edit the ticket’s Order Name, Phone Number, Order Time, and Order Type:
- Once you have finished making your desired modifications, click Save.
Add Items to a Ticket on the POS
- Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > click on the Transactions tab:

Click on the specific ticket you want to add products to.

Under the Products section of the ticket, select the Add Items button:
- This will take you back to the register screen so that you can add additional items to the cart. Any items that have already paid for will be crossed out in the cart:
Void and Refund Tickets
You can void or refund tickets from both the Web Dashboard and Point of Sale. Voiding a ticket automatically refunds every line item on the ticket, and removes the ticket from the ticket screen if it has not yet been completed.
Refund and Void Tickets on the Web Dashboard
- Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Sales > Tickets:
- Locate the specific ticket you wish to refund or void > click View:
- Once on the ticket’s page, you will be able to refund or void the order:
To refund: Go to the Payment Overview section of the page > click the Refund button > select from the dropdown if you’d like to refund a specific item or a custom amount > click Send Refund:
To Void: Go to the Payment Overview section of the page > click the Void button > confirm on the pop-up page by clicking Void:
Refund Tickets on the POS
- Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > click on the Transactions tab:

Click on the ticket you want to refund.

Once on the ticket’s page, click the Refund button under the Order Informationsection:
- You will then be prompted to either select the items you want to refund, or select All if you would like to refund the entire ticket:
- You can also select Custom Refund to refund a dollar amount rather than specific line items:
Once you have done this, the ticket will display on the transaction screen with the original subtotal crossed out, and the ticket listed as Refunded:
Void Tickets on the POS
- Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > click on the Transactions tab:

Click on the ticket you want to void.

Scroll down to thePayments section > select Void Ticket:
- A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. To finalize the void, press Void:
- Once you have done this, the ticket will appear crossed out on the left side of the transactions tab, and have a Voided tag attached:
Send Receipts
You are able manually send receipts from both the POS and Web Dashboard.
Send Receipts from the POS
- Log on to the Point of Sale. Once signed in, click on the 3 line icon at the top left of the screen > click on the Transactions tab:

Click on the specific ticket you want to send a receipt for.

Press the Send Receipt button under the Order Information section:
- This will prompt a pop-up to appear where you will need to enter either the phone number or email of the person you’d like to send the receipt to:
- Once you have done this, click Send Receipt.
Send Receipts from the Web Dashboard
- Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, select Sales > Tickets:
- Locate the specific ticket you wish to send a receipt for > click View:
- Once on the ticket’s page, click on the Actions button in the top right corner > select Send Receipt:
You can also select the Download Receipt button to download a .pdf copy of the receipt.
- This will prompt a pop-up to appear where you will need to enter either the phone number or email of the person you’d like to send the receipt to:
