The Dripos offline mode feature allows you to continue smooth operations during periods of network instability.

Offline mode allows you to take both cash and manual card payments even when your Point of Sale device is not connected to the internet. The POS will store the information for these orders until you can get back online and process them successfully.

Checking out in Offline Mode on the POS

  1. When your network is unstable, your POS device will automatically go into Offline Mode, which is indicated by having Internet Status: Offline displayed at the very top of the screen:
  1. When you’re finished adding your desired products to the cart, press the Charge button at the bottom of the cart:
  1. The POS will warn you that you are in offline mode with a pop-up. Press Confirm to proceed:

If the card number is wrong, it will not be able to be processed once you are back online and you will lose the sale.

  1. Proceed through the rest of checkout as normal:

You will not be able to utilize saved orders if you are in offline mode.
