Click Orders > Transactions

Filter transactions by
  • Ticket Name
  • Phone Number
  • Ticket #
  • Last 4 Card Digits
  • Total ($)
  • Time Range
  • Payment Types
  • Ticket Types
  • Platforms
  • Status

Click View or the new tab icon to open a transaction’s page

View transaction information:
Click Actions and select one of the following options
  • Download ticket as PDF
  • Send Receipt
  • Refund
  • Void
Edit the ticket’s name, phone number, email, order type, and include any order notes.
Understand all payment details that make up the total order cost.
View the products ordered
View the payment method(s) used for this order
View refund information for this order
Understand when an order was placed (created), when it was paid for, started, and completed.
