With weighted queue times, if an item or dollar amount threshold is met on a web or mobile order, you have the ability to prevent the order or add additional time onto its schedueld time.

Manage Weighted Queue Times on the Web Dashboard

  1. Log on to the Web Dashboard. Once signed in, click on the Dripos Logo in the top right corner > Settings:
  1. Select the Mobile Ordering tab > scroll down to the Weighted Queue Time section at the very bottom of the page:
  1. To add a new weighted queue time, click on the Add Threshold button to its right:
  1. This will prompt a popup to appear where you will need to fill in the following information:

Threshold Type: Here, select from the dropdown if you want the threshold to be based on either Dollar Amount, Number of Products, or Products in a Category.

  • If Dollar Amount is selected, another field will appear below where you will need to input the dollar amount for the threshold:
  • If Number of Products is selected, another field will appear below where you will need to select the Products that the threshold will apply to, as well as the Number of Products that need to be ordered for the threshold to be hit:
  • Select none for any product.

  • If Products in a Category is selected, another field will appear below where you will need to select which categories the threshold should apply to, as well as the number of products that need to be ordered in the selected categories for the threshold to be hit:

  • Select none for any category.

Weight Rule: Here, select from the dropdown if you want the threshold to either add minutes or prevent checkout.

If Add Minutes is selected, a Time Added (Minutes) field will appear below, where you will need to enter the amount of time in minutes that will be added to the queue time if this threshold is hit:

If Prevent Checkout is selected, a Prevention Message field will appear below, where you will need to input the message you want displayed to patrons once they are prevented from checking out after the threshold has been hit:

Threshold Weight: The weight of the threshold determines which threshold is looked at first. Thresholds will be scanned from highest to lowest, where 1 is the highest, and the first threshold to pass will be selected.

  1. Once you have finished filling in the required fields, click Create:
